Infra Inspect - Building Inspection Service
Infra Inspect Services Ltd is a family owned, Auckland based company, providing an infrared inspection service for residential and commercial customers.
The company was formed as a result of our own personal experience from buying a house and having a standard builders inspection report which indicated "all was well".
At a later date a simple re-roofing exersice showed the structural integrity of the building had been completely destroyed by rot. An inexpensive infrared inspection would have shown the true condition and saved us from the demolition and rebuilding of the entire house.
We decided to set up a business and hopefully save others from what we had experienced. We quickly found by owning the best equipment our services were sort after by private individuals, real estate companies, banks, insurances companies, electricains, and maintenance engineers.
   
Robert Ross knows how to get the best results from his camera. He is a Certified Thermographer and has the best available equipment and software to detect, analyse, and produce a meaningful report.
Sam Ross is a qualified builder. He has the knowledge on building construction and materials - a vital component in understanding why things happen the way they do.
